Valicom is a very values-driven company and it goes to show in their success and extremely low employee turnover. Benefits are good and the culture is very flexible and relaxed. Employees are treated like family and valued with various incentives and celebrations.

The only con is the size of the organization but that is also why there are so many exceptional benefits. Overall it's an excellent place to work, everyone seems to love it!
