Pros
The culture and attitude of employees and management are very positive and supportive here. The company is growing quickly and adding more full-time, permanent employees, as well as part-time consultants/employees, which is a very good sign. Work/life balance is very good here and people feel like they are respected by other employees and the senior staff. Management is working to put more processes in place as the company is now growing to the next level and having to support more functions. People who work here really seem to enjoy their jobs, coming to work and they want the company to do well. The company headquarters is located in a great location in the Financial District area of San Francisco. The CEO also really cares about the employees and the company, which is refreshing to see. They even offer a yoga class at the office on some afternoons!
Cons
Company is still relatively young, so they are still needing to add more structure, processes and improve the long-term benefits for employees. Management acknowledges this and is working on it. The company also needs to continue to work on their strategic vision and planning as the company grows larger now. The general marketing of company still a bit weak and needs someone experienced in this to lead it more going forward. No big red flags, though.
