      I have been working for Validata for two years now. very supportive colleagues and inclusive environment with constant guidance from the team. Career development opportunities and always working with all the latest technologies. Overall, an excellent experience so far.

      - Company is good. - Extreme talented people work there.

      - The CEO creates an extremely hostile environment even though the company is good and people were good and friendly. - The CEO needs to learn how to manage people, and not treat them like machines, blaming failures on staff - The CEO has zero culture. - The CEO is extremely rude and lying about the salary. - The CEO shouting and threating all the time just for no reason. Is the worst company I've ever seen. - The CEO tries to find professionals but suggests a very low salary. - The CEO Vaios suggested working the initial time for free. - Validata Group was good however, the CEO was very unreliable. - The CEO asks to write fake reviews about the company.
