Disappointing Experience - Anonymous Validity Employee Review

We're disappointed to hear about your experience at Validity not meeting your expectations. We strongly disagree with your statement that the company posts "fake reviews"--this is absolutely not a practice at Validity and does not align with our company values. It's quite possible that other people simple enjoy their work and/or the Company environment, even if it's not for you. We have many employees, including in our Boston office, who have worked for Validity for more than a year, so we are confused about your statement to the contrary. With that being said, we will be investigating your comments about intimidation and fear of losing jobs, as this is not aligned to the culture we strive to create and maintain.
