Pros

General corporate perks like unlimited PTO, nice offices, if you keep your head down and don’t complain they generally leave you alone. Pay is competitive but not excellent.

Cons

No loyalty. They will dangle a “carrot” in front of you to keep you grinding but never deliver on the promises they make. If you want to be promoted well good luck to you. They will tell you anything to get you to keep working and quiet. Then they will hire from the outside for the position you wanted. Also they absolutely do not support remote work or hybrid work!!!!! Unless you are a favorite of course!!! Whoever previously said they support remote work is lying. They want the bullpen environment and don’t care about people’s situations or preferences or anything. They treat us like children. C suite has absolutely zero emotional intelligence. In the next few months this will pay off and not in their favor. The exodus has already started with the shot mandates. If you ask for any kind of exemption then you will be consistently harassed for it and bullied into getting the shots and back to the office. Just do yourself a favor and read between the lines on these reviews. It’s pretty obvious to decipher the real ones and the ones that are submitted by upper management to try to bolster their rating. What else can I say?

Pros

The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

Cons

Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

Pros

Great people to work with, great office

Cons

Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
