If you’re looking for an easy paycheck, this job is not for you! Validity is NOT an easy company to work for. The CEO as well as the management have high expectations for employees. Although there’s a high degree of transparency around expectations, they’re still very high. The company provides thorough training for new hires, as well as professional mentorship throughout the course of your career. Because of all the effort they put into every single employee, there’s really no excuse not to excel at this company unless you’re not putting in any effort whatsoever. I’ve seen new people come in here with very little experience in the industry, and even though all of them were intelligent, the ones who progressed within the company were the ones who were eager to learn and actually acted upon the constructive criticism they received. If you’re up for the challenge, you are guaranteed success here. Otherwise, you won’t last very long.
Cons
Again, this is not a job for people who don’t have a strong work ethic. There’s a lot of effort that goes into this job and not everyone’s cut out for the challenge.
