Not as bad as some people make it out to seem - Marketing Validity Employee Review

Validity really isn’t as bad as some people make it out to seem. I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews on here and why they’re so extreme. Personally, I think that speaks way more to the person writing the review than the company because I would consider myself a very level-headed and even-keeled human being and I had no qualms with either the company or the leadership team during my time there. I had a good experience, although I eventually decided to leave, I wish them nothing but the best.
