      Pay was nice and free lunches

      Cons

      Layoffs are regular here with entire teams being let go. Leadership seems to not be able to focus on how to improve anything and cannot even maintain status quo on product and customer support.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.
