Pros

Tellers don't have sales quotas to meet

Cons

90% of the time, branches are short staffed, which causes one individual to be bombarded with the workload of 3 people. It's difficult to take time off, since there is almost always no coverage or floaters. It's critical for a head teller to be absent, since Valley has no back up head tellers. The majority of departments is staffed with individuals who are not very knowledgeable and equipped to help tellers when necessary. I have experienced many instances where I called back office to ask for help, only to be transferred to 10 other departments, each guessing which department may be able to help. The Majority of the company appears to very disorganized, poorly knowledgeable and a lack of respect for professionalism and urgency.
