      I worked with an excellent team of therapists as well as coworkers who are dedicating their lives to make the lives of their clients/residents better.

      Cons

      Like in a lot of work places "back biting" is an issue, and where I worked was no different.

      Pros

      Interesting company to work for. They only listen to ideas upper management okays.

      Cons

      They prefer lower management to keep their mouths shut. Advice and accepted ideas come only from top management personnel!
