Fast paced, decent pay but underpaid for amount of workload, chaotic environment - Anonymous employee Valley Forge Fabrics Employee Review

I recently started but so far I love it! Everyone is very welcoming, genuine, supportive, and my team is amazing. Training was wonderful and professional. From what I see, this company really cares about their employees and their career growth but also encourages everyone to have a work-life balance which is hard to find in other companies.

Honestly, no cons come to mind.

It’s a place where you’re seen, appreciated, and never made to feel like just a number.
