      Compensation and the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      Lack of management commitment to securing their corporate environment and SaaS solution. The company is disorganized and lacks policies and procedures. Leadership's treatment of disabled employees is appalling. ZERO work-life balance. Prepare for seven days a week and calls at all hours of the day or night.

      Pros

      On time pay, decent benefits. The rate of pay isn't terrible but could be more competitive.

      Cons

      - Incompetent management, nepotism and no clear mission. The CEO hires his idiot brothers who have no background in technology to manage a team of engineers and developers. -They don't know what they want and what entails a successful project. - Constant emails, texts and phone calls during the weekend and nighttime hours.
