the growth of this company is phenomenal! the culture is great and the upper management actually cares about all the employees. celebration lunches are provided at least monthly and a bonus structure for the production people shows they are willing to share the growth.

its apparent that a struggle to find great people to help with the growth is some times difficult. seems to be too many no shows at the production level and its not the fault of the company.

Nothing other having 3 day weekend ever wk.

2 15 mins breaks that’s it for 10 hr work days. Lack of communication from management team. Blame production team for lack for production due to machines not working properly. I had a full crew in time I was there. Expected to fix machines to keep production moving. Not paided to do maintence. Expected to go onto equipment you are not arthorized to touch to unjam bags ( ladders, for light, scissor lift).
