Pay was comparable to what’s offered in the area, generous time off

Leadership and management is a joke, they have no clue what they are doing and are extremely over paid. There is possible corruption from higher ups. Doctors overpaid based on who they are married to. CEO, CFO, quality manager all grossly overpaid based on the amount of work they do. A nurse committed suicide two years ago because of bullying by staff and management and was completely brushed under the rug. Staff fired left and right when the team is drowning.
