Flexible work hours, friendly team of coworkers, paid training to start, make a difference in the lives of others and see them transform, you get one on one time with clients so you can help them with issues. Very fulfilling work!
Cons
Leadership likes to place blame on technicians for everything, no accountability for themselves. You are expected to cover your own shifts even when requesting time off two weeks in advance, bad prescreening process for clients which places techs at risk, always adding responsibilities with no raise in pay.
