The management majority of the times were VERY flexible with you in times that you needed off and worked fantastically around my school schedule. Great managers for majority of times.
Cons
Their starting pay is lower than big nationwide banks, but that's kind of to be expected. But to me they made it up with their flexibility and a relatively relaxed atmosphere that isn't breathing down your shoulder for meeting quotas and what not. So it's which ever way you'd like to look at it. As a student I'd take the flexibility over a bit of more money.
Big turnover rate because other companies pay higher, so it's not too fun to get new coworkers couple of times per year. You don't know if you'll like the next person as much as the last.

Pros
Met a lot of great people - employees and customers
Was given a couple of pay raises
Some of the best management I've had in any job
Cons
Was not given comission after making an account sale - multiple times
Sometimes was difficult to find the right person to communicate things with - lots of upper management and people with specific roles
