Management in back office roles does not support team members and are quick to point out mistakes and instead of training (which there is a significant lack of) they threaten you with dismissal for your mistakes. Some of those in management also gossip about their employees with other employees on their teams. Your duties will change constantly with out being communicated to you. There is no work/life balance as managers are insisting you work more than 40 hours a week for their lack of management/system failures.
