If you’re there long enough and think just like they do, you’ll get promoted to positions you have zero qualifications to do. This place is where innovation and creativity go to die. Know that your leadership will talk negatively about you with each other and others and only mention it when it’s beneficial to their narrative. Poor leadership is pervasive, no accountability, and constant finger pointing. The ones who are decent only stay because there are no well paying jobs here and they’re absolutely miserable.
