I have been working here with valleypoint for past 1 year, To be frank it's a very good place to work. - Friendly environment - This place where one can learn more - I'm directly reporting to my directors, They are down to earth, and helpful all the time.Now only them, the whole colleagues are friendly. - Good place for freshers, where one can learn more.
Cons
as said " Face is the index of mind", Office atmosphere can be improved. - Leave policy cannot be altered instead it can be increased. - limited benefits are allotted, It should be improved. - salary structure can be modified, means improved.
