Pros

Lots of opportunities, great people, fast paced environment. It takes a certain level of initiative and drive to work here - there is a lot of problem solving involved in working for this company.

Cons

Job descriptions don't accurately reflect the role. In some ways, this is good for people who want to succeed and gain new skills, however, it can lead to a certain degree of disorganisation.

Supportive and collaborative team Autonomy with tasks

Cons

- Little/support from manager at the time - No project management systems in place, a lot of tasks are done manually- only thing available is Microsoft office -A lot of talk around change from senior management but no action is taken - "No budget" is the answer to everything
