Sometimes they do not provide feedback to the agents so a lot of people do not know what they are doing wrong... In general, they do not do couching... The customers are going to blame you if you cannot help them because of the metrics...
THE METRICS SUCK!!! you will have to collect money on every call, the customers cannot call back, the calls have to take 7 minutes, you will have to use ALL the tools, and you'll have to educate the customer... If you fail on one, you are fired.
