Pros

Working at this company was.. incredibly challenging. At one point we were literally reminded by senior management that we were all replaceable while having to communicate with customers on the phone all day with floor management allowing very loud (and at times profane) music to be played from loud speakers around the building. Many customers just hang up because its so incredibly unprofessional (i would do the same if a company called and i heard that). If you're desperate, its easy to get hired (for obvious reasons) but I would not recommend this place long term for anybody.

Cons

I would honestly say most everything is a con in this place.

Pros

You can meet a lot of new people because of the high turnover

Cons

Management will make you take on extra responsibility with no raise in pay or job title change and have fired people when they don’t accept the position wholeheartedly. The new hires make more than the tenured employees even though most of the tenure are expected to help with training and nesting. When upper management comes they never speak with you or even acknowledge you. Management will leave 4 hours into his shift and leave agents with no team leader or other managers to turn to you’ll be expected to go to the tenured agent he decided was in charge for the day and most of the time it’s someone who already has his personal number. Computers take 15 minutes to load but management will say your late if you don’t come in 15 minutes before your shift to boot up their equipment and updates are rarely done.
