Still trying to get their feet underneath them. May have unrealistic expectations of territory growth in areas where there have not been represented. May be a bit short on honesty.

No transparency, shortage of pay, long hours, being responsible for cleaning a property on your own, lack of communication, lack of leadership, leadership that only see dollar signs, micromanagement, and many more issues. Take my advice and stay away.
