Pros
The team at Valor is absolutely A+ and the culture is fantastic. Employees are given opportunities to learn and innovate while still being a very mission-driven organization. Solving important real-world problems not only holds the promise of delivering massive value to the industry but is much more gratifying than building pointless social media widgets or the like.
Cons
Being so young, there are times when the workload outweighs the limited resources of the team. That said I have no doubt this will easily be solved as the company grows, given the impressive scalability of the technology.
