Pros

Great people who work very hard! Excellent reputation in the marketplace and some killer technology. Company is growing rapidly. (See cons)

Cons

Company is growing quickly and sometimes processes and best practices need some time to catch up. Team is working on this, but never as quickly as we all would like.

Pros

The people I worked with were awesome. The benefits weren't too bad, either. In fact, I would never have left except for the cons listed below.

Cons

Valora is contracted by client companies to handle the companies' data. What they don't tell you upon hire is that, when the client decides to change things, all non-management staff gets laid off without pay until the changes are complete. These layoffs can last weeks, sometimes over a month, at a time. You aren't getting paid that much to begin with, and no one can afford to have a job where they're not working, and not getting paid. As you might expect, turnover is high.
