Great hard working staff and lovely residents

Absolutely awful senior managers. No compassion. No understanding of the client group. Staff are bullied and it goes over looked when reported to senior management. If your face doesnt fit in this company then they make you're life very uncomfortable. I picked unemployment over the stress.

Very friendly team and support team with opportunities to develop career paths.

I think hybrid-work patterns if it was possible, would be a great bonus.
