Pros

Beautiful office, everything sounded perfect before you join the company. Everyone except for the CEO.

Cons

Negative culture, CEO constantly interrupts and talks nonstop during meetings. No creativity or new ideas welcomed - CEO is the authoritative voice, and his ideas contradict with themselves.

Pros

This firm is years ahead of the competition; its business model helps streamline processes through automation and advanced technology is a significant competitive advantage and the client retention rate is extraordinary. The compensation plan is very lucrative, the company offers 100% paid benefits, encourages continuous training, unlimited PTO, and the ability to work remotely 100%.

Cons

The pace is very fast and requires individuals to be highly motivated or they will flush out new hires if they are not passionate about personal growth...

Pros

This firm has a vision unlike any within the industry, the culture is amazing as they purchase their own office buildings creating a architectural monument; offering a creative work environment in major cities throughout the US, Meals included, 100% Paid Company Benefits, Paid Certifications/Licenses, etc and so much more to list. The career plan is aggressive fast track model therefore allowing the company to eliminate people not truly looking to grow or benefit from professional development. The experience has truly been life changing working alongside the brightest minds in the industry, the Technology is AMAZING which truly sets them apart, Client Portfolio is the most impressive companies in each vertical throughout the US in every major city, and clients are quite responsive based on the exceptional delivery. I end by saying if someone has the passion to learn and truly wants to advance their career, Valoure is truly the firm to pursue.

Cons

If someone is looking to remain stagnant or stay within a cyclical set of responsibilities, the growth/advancement career path will push them into a state of frenzy!
