Pros
-Other than a full time job and ever changing benefits, nothing.
Cons
So many to list please be patient. -No recognition or reward for hard work -Complete lack of respect to employees from all levels from upper management -Steady turnover for non managers -No increase pay for acceptance of additional job duties -Uneducated/unprofessional managers -Continually micro-managed by numerous uneducated managers -Employees are expected to over produce with little to no appreciation -Management constantly talks down to employees in the "inner circle" ... Even if in "inner circle" you will not get a raise, you will only get mistreated -The company is greedy, rude, unprofessional, and truly is not the place to work if you desire personal and professional development -Continually influences appraisers to meet contract price, which is a violation of federal law -No raise but you might get your name pulled randomly out of a box at the quarterly meeting for a worthless prize -My experience working here in 13 months witnessed 15 employees come and go --Do not waste your time applying or working here -Unrealistic goals and expectations -Family run, lack of concern for anyone else -Unprofessional reputation by almost everyone affiliated is the only truth about VMG *-REPEAT, DO NOT WORK HERE unless you like to be professionally bullied, mistreated, underpaid, and overworked
