      Projects are interesting and provide a lot of variety Great opportunity to build wide skill set in valuation, finance, and accounting Bonus is performance based so lots of earning potential Lots of exposure to high level clients

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you jump right in to advanced tasks and projects. Everyone on the team is happy to help, but its important to pick up on things fast
