They were very behind on times when in came to prospecting, acquiring new business or the ways to go about it, but mostly they were just very cheap

Pros
Good work/life balance. Good benefits with 401k match. Lots of growth opportunities within the company. Recognizes can do attitude. Process oriented, great place for self starters, great work culture.
Cons
Sometimes work can get crazy before smoothing out.
Can do attitude is very necessary in the company. This place is not for people who do not want to work or are not self starters. There is no bureaucracy but you have to follow processes.
