      Only good thing abut this stupid company is that it has a relatively low staff so they are ruining less careers at the moment. Trust me you are better off selling cigarettes and tobacco products at the side of the road than working at Valuefirst Messaging / Valuefrst Digital Media Pvt ltd !!

      Cons

      No benefits No respect for employees. Mgmt shouts at you like you are their servants . 0% chances of growth .

      Good for who love to work in office for 9 hrs

      Cons

      No WFH, Cross questioning on taking leave, very micromanagement on fresher level also from higher management, No increment - rarely around in single digit only Very long notice period and non negotiable
