Avoid it as they are scamster - Software Engineer Valuebound Employee Review

1) Disrespect actul enginners by the CEO and his team and respect scamster(who do not write single like of code but tell engineers how they dont know tech) like promt engineers(who can only write ChatGPT generated code but cannot even write normal basic server code). There was this instance when ChatGPT was down then those scamster did not worked that day, but CEO still punished real enginners for being slow, where as scamster was scrolling reels through the day. 2) Hire and fire - hire for particular project and fire if there is communication gap between higher management with client and also fire as project ends which are usuallt 2-5 months long. 3) All clients are gone as of May 2025 thus you will be put on bench and pip and then layoff in 30 days. 4) CEO and his scamster team will put blame on real engineers that client dont give more project as engineers are not good, but on client call scamster and CEO will say AI will do this AI will do that but client is there for project status/DSM 5) All scamster are not even AI/ML enginners but bunch of frauds with fake degeers. 6) All senions have left from November 2024 till May 2025 and now compy is run by scamster. 7) You have to give 5 start review on glassdoor else your salary will be on hold for poor performance. 8) Work for 12 hours a day or your performance rating will be given less.
