      Pros

      My decision to sign with Valued Merchants Service’s has been a great experience. Going into a very competitive industry it was very important to me that I choose the right support team. Especially since it was an industry that I knew I would need training. It’s been 8 months that I’ve been with VMS and the founders and staff have always been available to provide training and answer any questions. VMS makes me feel like part of the team!

      Cons

      Would appreciate the opportunity to meet staff and other agents yearly. Maybe an annual conference.

      You put in the work, you get paid. Full training provided. No cost. Fun environment, fun job. Other recruiter reviews will say it’s bad because they don’t put full effort and improve themselves every day. After that comes great rewards and salary. Hourly and salary based jobs expect the same production. You hit that production here you get paid MORE. Life changing Thank you Valued Merchant Services for making my career dream come true
