Cons
This is not a con for Values Into Action, but for the social service system in general. While Values Into Action's pay is very competitive, and in many cases higher than, other disability service providers, worker who are responsible for the well-being of other humans deserve to make more than, unfortunately, what the social service system allows. The work is so important and our national culture does not fully recognize or value the need. Values Into Action does a great job of showing it's employees how important and valued they are in every way that they can.
