I've been working at Valutico for 3 years now and I can say that it's the best workplace I've experienced so far. The founders make sure that the employees are listened to, satisfied with their jobs and rewarded. I also personally met them during a few trips and aside from being very kind as human beings, they also made sure that work wise everything was okay, they took some time to speak to me personally and check if I had any concerns. I found this very valuable and I appreciate them a lot, they're amazing managers. The overall experience in the company has been amazing, Valutico has a great team, everyone is there to help each other. Since day one I got amazing training and support from the founders, managers and fellow colleagues. Even if it's a remote workplace, they make sure we're connected to each other and aware of the company goals and future strategies. We have regular meetings that ensure we're all aware of objectives and they also always give us a chance to give our opinions if we want to. Overall I strongly recommend working at Valutico: great environment, great people and great opportunities.
