      Pros

      Great product line. Good margins.

      Cons

      The owner is just a bad person. HR does everything they can to get you hired. Good pay, great benefits, etc. Once you are hired, the nightmare starts until you get fired by the owner or quit on your own. Expect to get sued by the owner once you leave the company.

      Valv was a fantastic place to work. Great people, from the executives all the way to the manufacturing floor.

      The people there are amazing and always willing to help. The manufacturing shop is downstairs and is great for learning and testing.

      Cons

      Not enough projects for interns.
