Lenient with time clock. Don’t care if you’re late or call off. No accountability or supervision.
Cons
Company doesn’t live up to anything it says. Raises never on time. Bonuses are hit and miss and always late. Never have the tools or inserts you need in the Matrix. All the company tools are either broken or people hoard and hide them at their machine or just don’t exist at all. Never can find what you need to do your job. Employees and management gossip and act like high schoolers. Parts don’t have to conform or hold any weight to the blueprint. Just throw it in the box it’s whatever. So much is unorganized and time wasted. The opposite of Kaizen. People are in general rude or snakes. No training. No growth. No room for improvement. Everyone here including the company and pay is stuck.
