      Managers can be relaxed but some don't care to help you much since they make bonuses

      Cons

      No advancement or review make them money you stay at pay rate but can get overtime as long as work is there insurance is sold as great since you have amnemity if stuck in but you can spend half a weeks check just to cover your family . Trucks are decent

      Lots of greenfield opportunities to grow. Good opportunity to make a difference in your area. Oversight and assistance is available, but not overbearing.

      Cons

      Not likely the place for someone that needs a lot of structure to succeed.
