Good experience to start in the BI Industry - BI Developer VanData Employee Review

As an intern at VanData, I was able to experience all aspects of the sales and marketing processes and had the opportunity to be creative and share new project ideas. I worked closely with the head of marketing and creative, and was able to learn so much and have any questions answered under her supervision. Everyone at the company is so friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that I could ask questions or for advice from anyone. They are very accepting of new ideas/input.

Personally, I could not have asked for a better experience or teammates.

The team at VanData is great and friendly! The head of Marketing and Creative is willing to work with you to answer any questions you may have about the industry and support you in your various projects as an intern. They are open to feedback, looking for a way to do things better and invested in allowing you to grow your professional marketing skills. They also allow you to come up with and pursue your own marketing or professional development projects (with permission from your supervisor and as long as it pertains to the work you do). Interns are valued here and their input is heard. The company is so small so you really get to know your coworkers on both a personal and professional level.
