Pros

- Solid benefits, great PTO - Collaborative and generous team - Rewarding work - Work from home

Cons

The work environment is highly influenced by internal politics as well as the broader social and cultural climate. Following the mass layoffs in July, it became pretty clear that decisions to keep or let go weren’t really performance-based, but instead came down to connections, likability, and internal positioning (aka butt kissing). Culturally, while there’s no expectation to align with a particular viewpoint, it’s evident that certain perspectives are better left unspoken. This creates a sense of unease for employees who may hold differing opinions, especially when the organization appears in the news for controversial reasons. Many of us felt we had to remain quiet to protect our positions, which made the environment challenging at times.
