      Had a good teamwork environment, actually got our lunch breaks just about every shift, high acuity helps you learn a lot quickly

      Cons

      Having to take call (however it was only 2 call shifts every 6 weeks), no manager for the years I was employed

      You rotate locations, and hours on a weekly basis Pay is less than other similar positions in the area with little negotiation Poor management Do not work directly under Pathologists, under Operations dept Required to map several specimens eating into workflow
