Always behind on work. Instead of hiring travelers to assist with staff that has quit, management will expect you to work mandatory overtime. On top of your 8 hour workload expectations the managers will expect everyone to squeeze in the workload for the staff that quit. Management does not acknowledge good hardworking employees, but continues to give them more work to accommodate the void of the bad employees. Hostile and aggressive work environment from long term "senior employees" who will track your lunch breaks and tell on you to management.
