Great culture. They truly embody work hard, play hard motto. Don’t mind in investing in people.

Experienced lots of transitions with the organization. Hoping it is stable now, but with transition brings a lack of focus on the the things that matter, like closing deals.

Pros and cons of my experience with this company: Pros: • I was forced to learn a machine from scratch when my partner quit and they needed someone to fill the gap • I proved I can figure things out under pressure and keep production running, even with zero guidance Cons: • Responsibilities were dumped on me without proper training, support, or pay • Management relied on me when it benefited them, but didn’t stand behind my work after • No communication or respect when decisions were made • Performance and results didn’t matter in the end • Job security depended more on favoritism than effort I stepped up when they needed me. I delivered. And in the end, it still didn’t matter. That says everything.

Cons: • Lack of communication from management • No recognition or compensation for taking on extra responsibility • Temps expected to perform above role without clear expectations • Job security feels uncertain, even after delivering results • Replaced without conversation or feedback
