If you are a woman, don't bother working here. The only thing you'll be judged on is your looks not the quality of your work and whether you smile enough. There is literally zero female leadership and a complete lack of diversity. The salary range is well below the norm for the area. Pure misogynistic boys club. Upper management does and says whatever they want and get away with it regardless of how inappropriate. Rather than fixing or addressing issues, they will rather push people out of the company. This company is literally stuck in the 1950's mentally and technologically. the majority of people in management can't type, never mind perform complex tasks like emailing an attachment.
