Terrible - Teacher Vanguard Academy Employee Review

Vanguard was my first job. I was an after school instructor. The students are great to work with and very receptive to learning.

Equipment was poorly stored which resulted it getting damaged.

The staff and parents are both inviting and great to work with. They teach not only the children, but coworkers as well. Teachers share teaching lessons and strategies with each other.

Sometimes break scheduling can get hectic, but everyone always ends up getting their breaks, even if it is fifteen minutes late.
