Management team family business with father owns and now passed down to son who has no clue how to run the business Management has no accountability and would assign task not with your job discription No advancement No real job designation. ..everyone seems to have no clue what to do including managment False promises Lots of wear and tear to personal vehicle Very poor training basically just put you out on the field and say good luck
