Started at Vantage right out of college and have learned so much in the few years I have been here. The team here has been extremely helpful throughout all projects and processes in my daily routine. Everyone has a good attitude and is ready to help out. The management team is also fully aware of the work life balance and will offer plenty of out of work events offered to the whole company. Great place to work.

Smaller company so may have heavier workload than at a larger company with more resources, but lends itself to more opportunities to learn
