Everyone at Vantage is invested in your development and you have all the tools, support, training and systems to help you succeed. I have never worked for a company where everyone is competitive but willing to help you so much. Commission is uncapped with quarterly and annual bonuses along with other incentives such as 'legends lunches', annual holiday incentives and much more. Vantage also offer working from home and flex working which gives flexibility to manage a work life balance. The office and the culture is top class, with the added benefit of the stocked beer/wine fridges. As a manager you have the ability to make decisions and run your own business with the businesses support. To become a top 400 recruiter in the UK in 9 years is amazing, however the journey has just begun and i am excited to be a part of it.
