Pros

There is zero upside to working here. If anything, this organization is quickly (and very publicly) becoming a ubiquitous blemish on CVs globally.

Cons

This is hands down the worst organization I've ever worked for. For an establishment that touts the likes of "no ego, no arrogance" and "equity, diversity, and inclusivity", I (along with droves of others) have never witnessed such severe levels of hypocrisy and toxicity in a workplace. All those open roles you see... those are just skeletons of unsatisfied employees who left for greener pastures. Don't believe all the hype, all the smoke and mirros, all the proclomations of "growth" - growth isn't a valid excuse for high attrition.

Pros

Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.
