Pros

Pay is on par, young and vibrant ethic

Cons

A lot of people are managers here that don’t have the skills to. Typical work stuff you have to suck up to certain people but it depends on your line manager. Very disorganized, I know they’re slightly new but the systems are disorganized. I have more experience than my manager, which makes them want to micromanage and they expect me to act like a lap dog. I was told to get to the next level just go for someone’s job and take it, there’s a lot of blame culture and sabotaging I’ve noticed here.

Pros

Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.
